CANCELLATION POLICY

Lash Clients

We’ve made it quick and convenient for you to review our Cancellation Policy. Please review this before booking your appointment with Pacific Beauty Cove in Puyallup, Washington.

Cancellations under 24 hours and no shows will be charged at full price. This is enforced to cover the loss of earnings from that appointment, now that I cannot fill the slot on such short notice.

 

Rescheduled appointments within 24 hours will also have a charge of 20% of the original service added to the new service price - this is again to cover my loss of earnings from that appointment that was allocated to you.

 

Please arrive on time, as you have a designated time slot. Your appointment time is more than enough to ensure you receive your treatment. Lateness will erode into your appointment time and I cannot, and will not overrun to accommodate your lateness. Your appointment will still be charged at full price.

Thank you for respecting my business. If I do not work then I do not earn, therefore it is paramount my clients understand this, and why I must strictly enforce this policy.

RESCHEDULING

Lash Clients

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours before your appointment. This allows for me to find someone to fill in that time slot with another client. If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, then you will be charged with a $15 fee. This fee is to compensate for the time it takes me to find a client to move into your original slot, last minute. It also covers a small portion of profits lost to me in the case that I cannot find anyone to fill your original time slot. As a service-based business, I do not make money if I have no clients. Please respect my time and I will respect yours.


If you reschedule the same appointment more than 2 times, I will have to mark you as a cancellation and charge you as such. See below for canceling fees.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and do not notify me that you will be absent or tell me AFTERWARDS that you couldn't make it, you will be charged 100% of your service with the card on file you used to book. This is because you had a designated time slot saved just for you and now that you didn't show up, I can't get a client into that time slot anymore, therefore losing money. If you do not respect my time, I will not allow you to rebook again. This is a one-time offense.

Refunds

I do not give refunds. Communication is extremely important to me so, at the beginning of your appointment we have a thorough consultation and both parties come to a conclusion and agree on a length, curl, style, and map.  If you do not like the outcome of the look we both decided on, then changes can gladly be made at your next appointment. Your artist has taken a lot of time and consideration into what will look best for your natural features, which you have also agreed upon, and has used product and time which cannot be returned. therefore, no refunds will be issued if you do not like the desired look.


In the case that you are allergic to the adhesive or require medical attention due to the nature of the lash extensions procedure then a doctor's note will need to be provided, proving that damage was done because of the lashes, then a refund will be issued.

No Kids

Please do not bring your kids or any other person to your lash appointment. Your eyes will be closed the majority of the time when getting lashes done therefore you cannot keep an eye on your children. My insurance only provides coverage to the person I'm providing the service to, so if your kid gets hurt during an appointment I cannot and will not be held responsible. I am not a babysitter. I want to be able to provide my full attention to you and your lashes, which you have so generously trusted and paid me to do. Your lash appointment time should be a time for you to relax and have an hour or 2 for yourself. Treat yourself!

No Smoking

I lash out of my apartment, and they have a strict no-smoking policy inside the complex. If you need to smoke, please do so BEFORE you come into the apartment complex. Please do not smoke inside your car in the complex. please do no flick your cigarette buds into the parking lot. I will get fined for it, which you will have to pay.
