I will help you refine and perfect your existing techniques you may be struggling with.and be able to show you different alternatives if you're still having a hard time with one specific technique you learned in that previous lash class. For example, if you were taught how to fan using the flower bouquet technique, I can show you other ways that may work better for you.

The Lash Pro Sprint is different because instead of a 1-hour session every week, its 8 hours in one day! (Hence the name “Sprint”).

Well, The Lash Pro Sprint is the day you will put it all into action with me sitting right there helping you every step of the way. If online programs haven’t delivered the results you’re looking for, in-person training could be the investment that truly pays off. With real-time, hands-on guidance, you'll gain practical skills and immediate feedback that can fast-track your growth and give you the tools to succeed with confidence. If you don't live in the area, I can send hotel recommendations and help you plan your trip to Washington.

Is there a lunch break? 8 hours is a long time.

Of course! We will take a 45 min lunch break whenever you get hungry. There is a ton of great restaurants in downtown Puyallup. The choice is yours, and it’s on me - don’t worry about paying for anything.

Question 8

Do I need a license to do lashes?

Accepted Answer

In the State of Washington you are required by law to have a license (esthetics or cosmetology) to take payment for lash extensions. You may still take these training courses if you are not licensed or still in beauty school, so long as you are just practicing until you get licensed.

What course should I take if I know a little bit about lashing but I've never done a full set before?

Accepted Answer

I recommend to start out with the classic lash training, as this class is slower paced than the volume and mega volume training. This will allow you to get used to the basics for instance; holding the tweezers, isolating, and picking up the extensions - which can be tricky as a new artist.

We want you to feel confident in lashing after our course, not overwhelmed and discouraged. So pick a class that is challenging for you but not too difficult. You can always contact Sydnee to ask which course is right for you.

Which courses are provided online vs in person?

Our only online course at this time is the Corrective Eye Styling Course! The other trainings are provided in-person, taking place in Graham, Washington.

Do I get one-on-one help during my training?

Yes! For in person trainings you will receive 1:1 instruction from Sydnee in a private setting. For the online Eye Styling course you will receive 1:1 help when you submit your case studies.

Do I need to find my own model for the in person training?

Yes! Please bring your own model to the in person lash training.

If you are traveling from out of State and need me to find someone for you, please let me know as soon as you book your training and pay your deposit.

What brands of products do you use in the trainings?

I exclusively use Xalura and LashBox LA products in all of the training course kits, as well as personally in my lashing business!
